After graduating with first class honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sheffield, Robert founded the company in 2012 to provide a personalised service to clients in industry. Working across the globe, Robert developed a diverse skillset acquired from experience working with teams of engineers from a variety of diverse backgrounds. With an initial focus on projects across the Middle East, Robert often shouldered personal responsibility for delivering projects in somewhat challenging situations. This experience accelerated his personal development both in a technical and professional manner and provided a bedrock of confidence which Robert has used to take the company forward in recent years.
